Role Summary

As the Growth / UA Manager at Spoilz, you’ll own our player acquisition engine. Your mission: bring players into Jackaroo Go! at scale, test channels, crush CPI, and drive retention/ROAS. This role is execution-first: campaigns live, data tracked, budgets optimized daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
• Own KPIs: CPI, ROAS, retention impact from UA.
• Build creative testing loops with design/creative resources.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting for leadership.
• Work with DA + PM to align UA with retention/monetization KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile performance marketing / UA.
• Proven experience running campaigns in Google, Meta, TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills: can turn campaign data into action.
• Experience with attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar).
• Fluent in English & Arabic.

Preferred

• Gaming industry experience (casual/mobile).
• Experience launching titles pre- and post-PMF.
• Familiarity with influencer/creator UA integration.
• Basic creative production skills (Canva, Premiere, etc.).
• Cultural fluency in the GCC/MENA region
