Role Summary

As an IT specialist, you will be the backbone of our technology, responsible for the maintenance, installation, and smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Also, provide technical support, and safeguard data.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support to our employees, addressing hardware and software problems, and offering guidance on system use, either in-person or with remote assistance.
• Ensure data integrity and security by managing backups, implementing security protocols, and monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities.
• Help us stay ahead of the curve by planning, deploying and executing system upgrades and new technologies. This includes testing and integrating new technologies into the existing infrastructure.
• Create and maintain clear documentation related to IT processes, system configurations, and user guides to ensure continuity and help with training.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Proven experience with managing and troubleshooting smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
• A patient and helpful attitude with a passion for assisting others.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Being organized.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Passion for video games and software development.
• Competence in English language.

Preferred

• Proven experience as an IT specialist or similar role, ideally in the game industry.
• Proven experience in administering Google Workspace, including user management, security policies, and application configuration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of game development processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with console development kits and related tools.
• Knowledge of major game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of common tools and SDKs used in game development.
