Role Summary

As Product Manager at Spoilz, you’ll be the owner of product execution and outcomes. Your mission: take bold creative visions and turn them into structured roadmaps, clear priorities, and shipped games that players love. You’ll own the WHAT + WHEN, ensuring features are scoped, milestones are hit, and KPIs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain product roadmaps across multiple titles.
Break down features into epics, stories, and tasks with clear ownership and deadlines.
Prioritize backlogs based on impact to player experience, retention, and monetization.
Run product rituals (standups, reviews, retros) and ensure they drive outcomes, not theater.
Partner with design, engineering, art, and marketing to deliver on scope.
Define and track success metrics (retention, monetization, engagement) with Analytics.
Surface risks early and drive resolution or escalation.
Translate market research and player feedback into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

3–5 years in product management, production, or game operations.
Experience shipping mobile games (concept → release or live ops).
Strong backlog and roadmap management skills (ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
Comfortable with data-driven KPIs: retention, monetization loops, engagement.
Proven ability to align cross-functional teams under deadlines.
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Preferred

Mobile casual, social, or board game experience.
Worked on both new IP and live games.
Knowledge of MENA gaming market and global trends.
Technical or analytics background.
UX or game design experience.
Experience with live ops, A/B testing, or feature iteration.

Role Summary

As a Scrum Master at Spoilz, you will be the driving force behind our development teams’ efficiency, focus, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, help remove blockers, and ensure that our teams work in alignment with product goals. By fostering collaboration, coaching team members, and promoting Agile best practices, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality games and services that delight our players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for the team: daily stand-ups, triage / grooming meetings, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Maintain Jira/ClickUp boards and ensure tickets are up to date.
Track team metrics (burn-down charts, velocity).
Analyze team performance trends and recommend improvements.
Remove day-to-day blockers and support team focus.
Coach team members in Agile principles and self-organization.
Ensure sprint goals are clear and delivery is transparent.
Act as the primary contact between development and stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers on backlog health and prioritization.

Requirements

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Passion for video games and software development.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Proven working experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, ideally in the game industry.
Contribution to at least one shipped title in a professional setting.
Experience with task/issue tracking software such as Jira or ClickUp.
Understanding of software development, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical tools.
Competence in Arabic language.

Nice to have

Experience with console development kits and related tools.
Knowledge of major game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Experience working with major online gaming services such as PlayFab, Nakama, Epic Online Services, etc.

As a quality assurance, you will communicate with development team members and execute test plans to locate game issues and verify fixes. Daily tasks can include test case completion, bug reporting, and attending meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to test plans and bug writing.
Perform test cases.
Validate issues and verify fixes.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Contribution to QA documentation.
Provide test reports.
Provide complete and concise feedback for the development team.
Participate in scrums regularly.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
